Belgium Visa
When applying for a Schengen visa please select the destination you will be staying in for the lengthiest time as you will be required to submit an application to the consulate of the country you will be staying in for the longest duration.

Belgium tourist visa is required for citizens of Egypt.
Translation: If the document provided is in Arabic it should be translated into English or German, there is no need to translate the document if it’s originally issued in English.
Visa applications should be submitted for a maximum of 6 months, and no later than 15 days, before the trip.
NOTE: You need to apply for Schengen visa 1 month in advance at least. The applicant must reserve an appointment and appear in person at the nearest Consulate of Belgium. Processing time counts after booked appointment at the visa centre.

Documents to be provided by minors:
• Original letter of the school, mentioning:
• the full address, telephone number of the school;
• permission for absence;
• name and function of the person giving the permission.
Parental Authorization:
• Notary certificate of family relation or proof of guardianship, legalized by MFA.
• If travelling alone or without one of the parents : a legalized parental authorization with a copy of
the parent(s) ID.
