Effective December 27, 2020, all persons who wish to travel to Suriname shall formally email their request to the email address Conza@gov.sr, no later than 10 business days before the planned departure day.
Additional required documents for minors (under 18):

- Birth Certificate. A copy of the applicant's birth certificate clearly showing the names of both parents.
- Letter of Consent. A NOTARIZED letter of consent signed by both parents, authorizing the Consulate to issue a visa to the child.

Suriname tourist visa is required for citizens of Christmas Island.
